The State Park has obtained ~3,600 plants to help stabilize the dunes. A Volvo team has already planted over 3,000 of them, so 400-500 remain to be stuck in the ground. Toward that end, we are soliciting FRESPACE volunteers to meet at the beachfront office next Wednesday, June 20, at 9:00 a.m. The project will take 2 to 3 hours, depending on the number of volunteers. Please bring water, gloves, sunscreen, etc. for yourselves.
