Attention: FRESPACE Members: Memorial Day is fast approaching as well as the busy summer. Due to social distancing guidelines, the park has limited capacity allowed to enter the day use area. If you wish to come, please come early. The gates will close once we hit our capacity. The gates will not reopen until enough vehicles have departed. This happens continually throughout the day as park staff monitor the gate and vehicle counts. Keep in mind the Environmental Learning Center (limit of 8), boat ramp, and trail system are all open. If the gates are closed for the beach portion of the park, you can still enjoy these other amenities until space becomes available at the ocean. Park hours this weekend are 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
