Who would like to start off 2022 with a volunteer project to prune vegetation and clean up the Bache Monument and Bay Creek trails? The date is Monday, January 10, at 10:00 a.m. weather permitting.
Volunteers will need appropriate outdoor clothing with closed toe footwear, gloves, sunscreen, insect repellant, and water. Any volunteers that wish to use their own hand pruners or loppers should bring them. Otherwise, tools will be provided by the project coordinator and the park.This project will not be very strenuous, will require walking a few miles, and probably be completed by noon.
