Public Nest Inventory Programs at Edisto Beach State Park are scheduled to begin this coming Wednesday, July 26th running Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm in the day-use area of the park. Watch as our permitted staff and volunteers determine the success rate of an already hatched nest, sorting hatched eggs, unhatched eggs and on occasions also finding live hatchlings. This program is free with park admission and is for all ages. We will only know 3-5 days prior to the day, whether there will be nests to be inventoried.
