The first project for this Fall is going to be to repair or replace the sand fencing near Coots. Also, we will be assisting park staff in installing mobility mats for the beach access in the day use area near the bath house.
This project is scheduled for Tuesday, October 3 at 9:00 am. We will meet in Coot’s parking lot.
Participants should wear closed toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing. Gloves are also recommended. As with any outdoor activity in the lowcountry bring plenty of water and insect repellent.
