On Tuesday, October 3, 2023 five Frespace members assisted the Edisto Beach State Park staff in replacing the sand fence protecting the dunes near Coots. The previously installed fencing was severely damaged by Idalia.
Afterwards, Frespace volunteers assisted with the installation of a mobility matt in the park’s day use area near shelter one. Funds to procure this matt were supplied by Frespace.
